Katangar tsaro da aka keɓe tare da fitowar jigilar shigar da maɓalli, wadda ke keɓancewa da aika siginar shigarwa daga maɓallan maɓalli ko maɓallan kusanci a wurare masu haɗari zuwa yankin aminci tare da jigilar fitarwa ta hanyar shingen aminci.
